IT IS UNLAWFUL TO:

  • Have unleashed pets on district land.
  • Horseback ride on undesignated trails.
  • Picnic in any area other than established picnic areas.
  • Reserve tables for more than one hour prior to use.
  • Hold group picnics of more than 25 people without a permit.
  • Build fires in any are other than those designated.
  • Advertise or solicit business.
  • Camp.
  • Bring in alcoholic beverages.
  • Harm, remove or disturb any building, equipment, sign, marker or structure.
  • Remain on the lands later than 1/2 hour after sunset or enter earlier than 1/2 hour before sunrise.
  • Hold activities or use electronic devices so as to disturb other visitors.
  • Use loud speakers or public address systems.
  • Bring in any weapon, including air guns, blow guns, bows & arrows, crossbows, spears or knives. Handguns are permitted by law.
  • Operate a motor vehicle recklessly above the posted limit or outside the established roadways and parking areas.
  • Litter or leave refuse in any area other than the provided containers.
  • Use a pump or hydrant for anything other than water gathering.
  • Wash clothes, vehicles, food, utensils or pollute in any other manner in the natural waters of the District.
  • Swim in any of the natural waters of the District.
  • Use any type of boat in the natural waters of the District.
  • Kill, wound, collect, molest or hunt any plant or animal.
  • Spray or apply pesticides of any kind.
  • Take any fish except in accordance with the State of Illinois fishing regulations or as posted by Boone County Conservation District regulations.

Los Reglamentos Del Distrito De Conservación

  • ES ILEGAL:
    Tener mascotas sin cuerds en las tierras del Distrito.
  • Montar a caballo.
  • Tener un picnic en cualquier área no indicada para un picnic.
  • Reservar las mesas por más de una hora antes de usarlas.
  • Tener un picnic con más de 25 personas sin un permiso.
  • Hacer una fogata en un área fuera de las designadas.
  • Poner anuncios o solicitar negocios.
  • Acampar.
  • Introducir bebidas alcohólicas incluso la cerveza y los licores malteados.
  • Dañar, quitar o malatratar cualquier edificio, equipo, letrero, marcador o estructura.
  • Permanever en las áreas por más de media hora después de la puesta del sol o entrar más de media hora antes de la salida del sol.
  • Tener actividades o usar equipos electronicós que molestan a otros visitants.
  • Usar altavoces o sistemas de anuncios públicos.
  • Introducir cualquier arma incluso armas de fuego, pistolas de aire, cerbatanas, arcos y fleches, ballestas, lanzas y cuchillos.
  • Operar un vehículo de maner peligrosa a velocidades mayors a las indicadas o manejar fuera de los caminos o estacionamientos.
  • Tirar basura o dejar basura en caulquier parte excepto en los recipients indicados.
  • Usar una bomba o boca de agua para cualquier uso excepto él de recoger agua.
  • Lavar ropa, vehículos, comida, utensilios o contaminar de cualquier otra manera las aguas naturales del Distrito.
  • Nadar en cualquiera de las aguas naturales del Distrito.
  • Usar cualquier tipo de barco en las aguas interiores del Distrito.
  • Matar, herir, colectar, molestar o cazar cualquier planta o animal.
  • Fumigar o aplicar pesticidas de cualquier tipo.
  • Tomar cualquier pez fuera de los reglamentos de pesca del estado de Illinois o de los reglamentos fijados por el Boone County Conservation District.
